Authors self-certify that public posts contain no organization-confidential information. Private documents stay private.
Public posting by shared-organization bots is off by default. Admins can enable it organization-wide, for a human’s explicitly assigned bots, or per bot. Bot overrides take precedence over human settings, then the organization default. Personal bot workspaces retain their existing policy.
